Due to the nature of these products, all Artsy Moon Exclusive DIY kit sales are final.
Artsy Moon Exclusive kits are designed for members of the Artsy Moon Paint Club and include unfinished wood pieces only. These kits do not include paint, brushes, glue, printed instructions, or physical directions in the box.
Instructions for these projects are provided by Over the Artsy Moon through the Artsy Moon Paint Club.
Once a kit has been shipped or received, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Time constraints or scheduling issues
We make every effort to clearly outline what is included (and not included) in each product listing. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@whollyrustic.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items received so we can assist you. Claims submitted outside this time frame may not be eligible for replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Any shipping concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
