DIY Kit Sales – No Returns & No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all DIY kit sales are final.
Our DIY kits include paint, wood pieces, and materials that are packaged and prepared specifically for each order. Once a kit has been shipped or received, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection
Misinterpretation of product descriptions
Skill level or project difficulty
Time constraints or scheduling issues
We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, photos, and details for each kit. Please review all listing information carefully before completing your purchase.
Instructions & Videos
DIY kits include basic printed instructions. Some kits may have supplemental video tutorials available through our social media platforms or YouTube; however, video instructions are not guaranteed and are not included with every kit unless specifically stated in the product listing.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@whollyrustic.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items received so we can assist you. Claims submitted outside this time frame may not be eligible for replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Any shipping concerns must be addressed directly with the carrier.
